I am a music-industry professional with extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles non-profit music sector. As an emerging arts administrator, my goals include the expansion of classical music to Latino communities, accessibility of classical music to young audiences, and musical programming that showcases the talents of composers and musicians from Latin America. In my career, I have had the opportunity to work in development, education, ticketing, event production, and marketing for world-class organizations that include Los Angeles Opera, Pasadena Symphony and Pops, the Industry, the Soraya, the Los Angeles Master Chorale, Center Theatre Group, and now the Colburn School and the Association of California Symphony Orchestras.
As a pianist, I have been playing piano for 18 years and currently take lessons at the Colburn School under the instruction of Régulo Martínez-Antón. Later this year, I will be performing and recording a CD of piano music by Bolivian composer, Eduardo Caba.
In 2018, I acquired a Master of Arts in Music Industry Administration from California State University, Northridge and participated in the League of American Orchestra's Essentials of Orchestra Management in 2017.
